Welcome to Green Heart Suites
We hope you have a pleasant stay. Below you'll find practical information about your apartment and our facilities.
🏠 Apartment Access
Your personal access code is active during your stay.
The same code works for both the main entrance and your apartment door.
Tap the panel above the door handle. The numbers will light up.
Entered a wrong digit? Press # to confirm and try again.
💡 Lighting
- Use the front door panel to switch the lights on or off. Clicking multiple times changes the atmosphere and light color.
- At the bed you can:
- Turn all lights on/off and dim them (top buttons = brighter, bottom = dimmer).
- Control the reading light separately with another button.
📺 TV & Streaming
- The TV works with apps. Use the home button to access various streaming services.
- You can connect your phone or tablet to your private Wi-Fi to stream from e.g. Netflix, Disney+, or Prime Video.
- The TV supports both Google Cast and Apple AirPlay.
- On request, we can offer Dutch TV via NLZIET. Just let us know.

🚗 Parking
- You can park one car for free on our property.
- Please be mindful of space for other guests.
- Do not park on our neighbors’ property or on the public road.
📍 Address
Our address is Podljubelj 140. Note: the village has no street names. Always enter house number 140 in your navigation.
Depending on your system, choose either Podljubelj or the municipality Tržič as the city name.
The entrance to Green Heart Suites is on the street side, via the grey staircase going up.
🚭 Smoking Policy
Our entire accommodation is non-smoking. If you smoke, please do so outside only, with all doors and windows closed. If smoke is detected or there’s a smoke odor in the apartment, we charge €180 in cleaning fees. We trust in your understanding and cooperation.
